The Ritters, successful real estate agents, decided to start their own boutique brokerage focusing on customer service and satisfaction.
With a focus on local and returning clients, the base necessities of branding, print collateral, and a brochure-type website were key for the launch.
A competitive audit, stakeholder interviews, and complete project requirements were captured. This ensured a smooth journey throughout the development.
A simplistic brochure-type website was required. The main function of this product was to relay the client's qualifications, allow potential customers to learn about the Ritter's approach to the real estate world, more about them personally, and preview 3D tours of their current properties.
The client also required the ability to manage and edit content. The clients already had past experience using WordPress, so this solution was selected as the best CMS. Additionally, I integrated their Mailchimp newsletters and subscriptions, as well as a new email template incorporating the updated branding.
Print material was designed for the new brokerage. Marketing collateral was developed using Adobe CC Suite and additionally in Canva, providing the clients with an accessible basic CMS.
